About Marina

Marina has been practicing Pilates for 8+ years, and she received her teaching certification during the pandemic. With a background in ballet and dance, Marina became familiar with Pilates principles as early as the age of 10, and she carries those principles with her today. As an instructor, Marina is motivating, empathetic, and creative.

“My goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to move your body; leaving the studio with a burst of energy and motivation (and a little sore!). I love helping my clients reach their goals on and off the mat.” Marina xx
